Stone of Destiny poster finally released

The poster says that Stone of Destiny, starring Robert Carlyle and Billy Boyd will open in 2009, but I haven't been able to find out if this is a North American poster or a UK poster. If its a UK poster it might contradict its release date of October 10, 2008 in the UK, though the film will still be closing the Toronto International Film Festival. When I find out anything more about the release dates I'll be sure to post it.
