Ewan McGregor proves his hotness
Best of Ewan posted a gorgeous new photo of Ewan McGregor and Hilary Swank from the shoot of the upcoming historical drama Amelia. I'll probably get sued by Twentieth Century Fox for posting the picture because they already tore it down from Film Releases, one of the first websites that posted new photos. Seriously, to the Twentieth Century Fox executive who makes a living scouring the internet: please don't sue me. I'm trying to help with free promotion for the film. I'm not making a dime from this. Anyway, enjoy the photo while it lasts.

First look at Gerard Butler in Game
This is the first photo the studio has released of the upcoming film Game with Gerard Butler. Sorry people, it's a slow news day, and all I could dig up was one photo. Here's a description of the movie from slashfilm:
Directed By Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor, the two mad men behind Crank, the story takes place “in the not too distant future.” Kabel (Gerard Butler), a death row inmate, has unwittingly become a pop culture hero. Every week, millions worldwide tune in online to watch him and hundreds of other convicts battle in Slayers, an ultra-violent multi-player online game invented by technological genius Ken Castle (Michael C. Hall). To the wealthy young gamer who controls his every move, Kable is just a sim (simulation) character. To the resistance group that opposes Castle’s games as high-tech slavery, he is a critical element in their battle to take down the inventor. Caught in the crosshairs of two opposing forces and under the command of a teenager’s remote device, Kable must use his extraordinary fighting skills to escape the game, bring down Castle and overthrow the system. Game is currently scheduled for a TBA Fall 2008 release.Source: /film

Is John Barrowman the best kisser ever?
That's right, folks: You voted, and decided that Captain Jack (John Barrowman) and Ianto Jones (Gareth David-Lloyd) gave us the hottest lip-locks of the year as on-again, off-again lovers and Torchwood colleagues. (Given the nature of their working relationship, does that mean that Ianto always has to clean up the office after? Ruuuuude...)
If you didn't catch the kissing action in question, I've posted the clip after the break of their most recent smooch. And if you didn't catch the NewNowNext Awards when they aired on Saturday night, be sure to check out the whole show over here.
To check out a clip of the kiss in question you can go here. Sorry people, I wish I could embed the clip but it's too large to embed on a blog. Sigh.

Ewan McGregor in the Spring/Summer Sunday Telegraph
Ewan appears in the Sunday Telegraph "Men's Style" Summer/Spring 2008 issue. He does briefly discuss his uncle who shared the same experience of being cast in Star Wars. Octavia Violet mentioned Star Wars a little earlier, which is a cool coincidence. You can find more lovely pictures of Ewan and the rest of the article here.
